  1. Today and tomorrow Cities will be filing FYE '10 TIF reqeusts.
  2. What will Westdale Mall be like in 5 years?

  5. Big chuck of yetsterday spent on figuring out whether or not to pay our on-call employees Holiday pay for Veterans Day.
  6. Interesting study report on location for the AOB.
  7. Quick turnaround on claims next week. But staff can handle the shorter timeframe.
  8. Working on vaulation report, staying ahead of project.
  9. Cities have until Dec.1st to file FYE '11 TIF request. Contacted them recently, we will take any information as soon as they know.
  10. Testing new method to calculate comp time in the workforce management software.
  11. Sheriff's Office will switch a couple of employees to Linn County's Purchasing card program, instead of their regular credit cards.
  12. Time management training at Public Health. Adding new users. Good group of employees.
  13. Working on new directional sign for in front of our office. The current one has way to much information.
  14. Board randomly picking 1 employee from each office for building focus group. Susie in our office was picked.
  15. Board meeting this am to discuss p-cards and bi-weekly payment of claims.
  16. Meet today with MS Govern, the company developing new real estate software.
  17. "If I get the flu",,,, each employee in accounting area letting others know important info in case they get the flu and are absent.
  18. Doing employee evaluations. Fortunate to have a good group of employees!
  19. Good meeting with Jeff from MS Govern this am. He will be here Monday with several of their VP's.
  20. Polk County released their RFP for real estate system.
