  1. I finished up shoveling the driveway. Is it bad that I am tired of shoveling and it is only the middle of December!?!
  2. I am working on maintaining only a joyful mind. It is harder today as the snow has caused traffic to slow to a crawl.
  3. I am watching the Giants - Eagles matchup. Not interested in the "real" outcome, I need my fantasy team to win.
  4. Just made a chicken and mushroom stir fry for me and the kids. I have decided that a glass of sweet white wine is a perfect compliment to it
  5. Still working on the laundry and watching football.

  14. Just finished up training Chest and bi's. Week 3 of 5/3/1, I got 5 reps with my goal weight. Good enough for now.
  15. I am getting the oil changed at the dealership. Last errand before the gym and chest training.
  16. I am up early this morning! I need to run some errands before noon!
  17. I believe that I will be happy when I let go of all my negative emotions.
