  1. Good to play The Exchange again. I love clubs where the backstage is graffiti-collage and the stage is soaked in music. Thanks Regina!
  2. Last time I was in Prince Albert Sk. I drove through enroute to Ness Creek with Bob Snider. This time I stopped and played a gig. Thanks PA!
  3. More of the same 2day. Drove QC to TO and then got on a cigar tube to Edmonton where I now am. Hwy fades, pillow-top beckons. ghhhh
  4. Quebec City is pretty... I'm pretty shagged, as in knackered. 10 hrs on the road and I won't be goin' home tonight.
  5. 2morrow is 2day. Drive to Qbc Cty, find a decent 'otel, then on to the big smoke and fly out to Edmonchuck. There'snobiznesslikeshowbizness!
  6. I'm back out tomorrow - frappé la rue etc. All the way to AB and SK, then on to On. I'll keep you posted.

  9. Good Gawdamighty it's great to be home. Snow/slush, cat at the vet, pellet stove broken... It's the little crisis' make the hours whizz by.
  10. I'm back in Halifax, back in Canada, back home. Recharge the batteries & then back at 'er. Gigs in Sask. AB and On. No rest for the stupid.
  11. Right now, all of Dublin seems to be dressed up as rather saucy Mini Mouses and Vampires.... so much for Celtic mystery. Happy Hallow'een!
  12. Belfast is a great city. Thanks to pal David Torrans and No Alibi's Bookstore. Home stretch now. I'm absolutely knackered....
  13. Still more misty-grey. Today I am headed north to Belfast. Last night I drove back to Dublin through dark country lanes and ghostly sheep.
  14. A soft day. Oyster-grey clouds hang low and a fine mist be-jewels passing cars. I'm bringing my dog 'n pony show to Dungarvan. L8er Sk8ers
  15. A night on the town with my old pal Stuart Little (not a mouse). Guinness and Bushmills... internal GPS still works A-OK. Amazing.

  17. the joys of GPS, satisfaction of Sat/Nav. I followed the pink line all the way cross the Irish Sea to Dublin 2day. Bringin' it all back home

  19. Listening to ruff mxs for Kings 'n Queens in a basement in Manchester.Today I tootled thru the Peak District eating Bakewell tarts. Niteoff!
