  11. High-intensity, explosive work outs are the best approach to stimulate muscle and metabolism. Push yourself every time you train.
  12. Rule of thumb: Low weight/high reps for cutting. High weight/low reps for bulking. Incorporate both to get the most out of your muscles.

  15. Get past your ego when working out. Only your mind knows how much weight your lifting, your muscles do not.
  16. @kellyteigan Trainers are everywhere. Not sure about the biggest loser. First step is dedication. Without that effort is worthless.
