  7. Spinning was awesome today! Now it's off to destinations unknown for a long weekend with family!
  8. Awesome workout!. Did upper body instead. Spinning then LEGS tomorrow morning! I can't wait! I LOVE to train LEGS & now addicted to spinning

  12. 9:30 am spinning! NICE! Then another half hour on the precore, abs and off to the grocery store!
  13. Cardio (an hour of Precore 100i worked up to the highest resistance for 35 min and treadmill for another 25) and back! Legs still sore!
  14. Legs @ 1pm then an hour of cardio! Yeay!
  15. Just a cardio day today! Cooking for half the week, too.
  16. Spinning was recommended for me to do by my trainer and I am now addicted!
  17. Continuing to train hard, striping the fat, building the muscle, eating clean...focus, focus, focus! 2010 is my year!
  18. Carb depleting/loading left me so nasty at work, I found myself treating my subordinates/coworkers like poop! That is not fair to them!
  19. Work interfered w/ target date for show so it looks like it will have to be a Spring competition! Still working hard and as always!
  20. Still doing double cardio. Very lean from the waist up but the legs are carrying the fat. 5 weeks to go. Decision time!
