  18. Impressed by Subway's nutrition info. Well laid out, easy to run your eye down a column of figures eg fat - & they list their serve sizes!
  19. Tuna avo + salad on fresh 6" multigrain roll. Felt pretty healthy. From Subway at Heatherbrae (best choice). Decent fast food on the road.
