  9. One thing about squats. The better you get, the more things you see that need improvement. Its a never ending cycle #sbgym
  10. I've found that deadlift has helped my squat flexibility. I hold the bar a cm over the ground and feel the pressure stretch me out #sbgym

  16. @StayKYStrong <3 front squat, I tried prisoners, my upper body tilts forward. I think the culprit is hip flexibility? #sbgym
  17. I feel that its harder to practice squat form w/o the bar on my back. Bar seems to help me stabilize and keep pressure on the hips #sbgym
