I've found that deadlift has helped my squat flexibility. I hold the bar a cm over the ground and feel the pressure stretch me out

@ <3 front squat, I tried prisoners, my upper body tilts forward. I think the culprit is hip flexibility?

I feel that its harder to practice squat form w/o the bar on my back. Bar seems to help me stabilize and keep pressure on the hips
