  15. Each workout in the gym should be challenging, make yourself push past mental limits and blocks by increasing intensity to break plateaus
  16. Weights are better performed at the point in the day when you're fully awake and energized which is usually the afternoon and have eaten!
  17. First thing in the morning is the best time for cardio, eat a small snack first! Then hit outside for a run!
