  1. We figured out Dog is 50% heavier than when we got him
  2. Easy dinner: saute 1 chopped chicken breast with onion, celery and carrots. Deglaze pan. Add can chicken gravy. Serve over white rice.
  3. Short order cook sez egg sandwich is a good way to start the day.

  7. A full crock pot of chili makes a good week of lunches
  8. On a serious bagel kick. I hear homemade bagels are easy and super delicious. Will have to add it to the list of things to make eventually
  9. Tea for health: brew white tea + pinch cinnamon + orange and lemon slices. Serve with honey. Antioxidants in the house!

  11. Mushroom and swiss burgers with a Dijon mustard suace (leftover from Oktoberfest sausage dinner). And grilled red-skin fries!

  13. Totally grilled meal: Mexican marinaded sliced chicken cooked on the grill wok. Add pepper onion halfway. Grill tortillas, serve with cheese
