  1. Footlong Subway Ham and Turkey with a dab of brown mustard for lunch - getting the day off on the right foot.
  2. Wake up call was clothing that used to fit BEFORE FGoaD starting to tighten up and become uncomfortable...
  3. Subway for lunch - sensible dinner - at least 30 minutes of exercise per day. Lets see if that improves things over the next week...
  4. Plan for now, just going to cut back on fast food. Cut out non-diet soda, drink more water and get back on the wagon.
  5. Weighed in this morning: 325 - 2lbs HEAVIER than when I started FGoaD last year. Actually sickened by this fact...
  6. Subway Footlong Buffalo Chicken Sub (15 pts) with a Diet Mountain Dew "Ultra Violet" - sandwich was tasty. Beverage - not so much....
  7. Applebee's Garlic Herb Chicken with Iced Tea for lunch - 7pts.
  8. Just set up the "Weight Watchers" online account again - entered in my food for the day so far.. 1 pt. 42 to go...
  9. Didn't want to do too much with artificial sweetners. Still, the soda was crying out my name - having a Diet Dr. Pepper...
  10. Breakfast - Cup of coffee with some creamer and 2 packets of Splenda. Subway is the plan for lunch...
  11. First official weigh in - 317.4. Lets get this show back on the road!
  12. Well, the time has arrived. In celebration of the new season of The Biggest Loser - I'm giving it another run! Tomorrow is the day!
  13. Scary stuff - "Bride-To-Be Dies After Extreme Crash Diet" - http://bit.ly/4ATrvF - Gotta be careful that you're eating enough when dieting.
  14. The new season of The Biggest Loser starts up on Tuesday, Sept 15th. I think I'm going to play along at home.. Time to get started again.
  15. Alright - here's where I'm at: 2 Footlong Chicken Salad Subs - est 600 each. 1 Cup of Coffee and 50oz Water - ~1220 calories total.
  16. Just finished day 1 of week 1 for Two Hundred Situps. Long way to go, but I'm feeling good. Couldn't do a single Pushup... *sigh*
  17. Just figured my domain - going to start building the infrastructure - might do group blogging. Welcome to FitnessFightClub!
  18. Going to stick with the Chicken Salad for this week, if I don't see any change, then I'll switch to an alternative...
  19. The one thing I DO have to say, it is pretty heavy on chicken and not so much with mayo.. that could account for something.
  20. @JoannaCJ Wow - if 522, it'll be one of the HEALTHIER options on their menu - hard to believe. FL Turkey is like 560!! How can it be less?
