  3. @melodiously Non-gluten sounds interesting, but for now I need to get into a solid exercise routine and then start to really look into food.
  4. @fatsergei Yes and no. The machine works, but it;s missing a couple of bits (it was free!) that need fixing.

  8. @Smudged The official diet plan comes very soon. Right now I'm just trying to eat more healthy food and less of the rest!
  9. @Smudged I used to love this one eliptical called the "AMT" (All Motion Trainer) made by PRECOR. We had one at uni. Shame it's about $8k!

  13. @fatsergei It's a NordicTrack 5000 Ski Machine that I got for free via FreeCycle in my local area. First thoughts are: It's big and heavy!
