  14. Also brought in Sangiovese . Some in a cool tank to mimic slow fermentation to retain fruit-some on skins warm for color & extraction.
  15. Petit Verdot coming in from North Gate Vineyards which we will use for fine salt & pepper blending in our wines.
  16. 2008 Chambourcin released, showing bright fruit. Harvest, pasta, wine.
  17. Harvest today, the early and abundant red, Merlot. Later, will process and turn these grapes into wine.
  18. Fabbioli Wines great time at Great Grapes and at winery breaking in the pear tree spot with release of the Pear Wine, thanks VA Wine Club!
