  10. Bob Cherry and Gene Ryan met with Chief Legal Counsel of the BPD today to discuss FOP concerns of discipline process. Meeting was positive.

  12. Members of the Fire Unions voted today to accept 5 Furlough Days for FY2010. FOP remains opposed to Furlough Days.

  17. FOP continues FY2010 Contract Negotiations with the City on Wednesday at 1:00PM. Fire Unions reached a tentative agreement with the City.

  19. 2009 Memorial Ride scheduled for October 17th has been POSTPONED due to inclement weather. The new date will be Sunday, October 25th.
