  1. I have a feeling I may be waiting in the MCM queue for a while by the time I might be able to actually get there.
  2. Waking anhour behind schedule for my trip to London. Bollocks. The alarm never went off? Or did it and turned it off, and I don't remember?
  3. @CAFR Willis is very good in it, better than he's been in some time. It's not a huge stretch for him, but he's far more engaged here.
  4. @CAFR It's okay. If you like Anderson's work, you'll enjoy it. Not his best work. Kind of left me feeling a bit indifferent towards it.
  5. Wow, Men in Black 3 is getting all over the place reviews. Well, I was going to check it out anyway, so...
  6. Ooh, boy, its going to be painful getting to ExCel London for MCM tomorrow looking at these Underground closures. Long journey.
  7. youtube.com/watch?v=limiUN… As if you didn't have enough reason to skip Adam Sandler's That's My Boy, it has prominent role for Vanilla Ice.
  8. @KyleKallgren Bloomin' heck, that movie sounds mental. And it's got John Cusack, so even my mum will like it.
  9. Looking for original TGWTG series? darkmaze.com/ninjathemissio… and thatguywiththeglasses.com/bt/ashens/the-…. There you go. Like 'em, spread 'em, support 'em.
  10. I suppose part of the reason is that people are scared of new things for some reason. Reviews of the familiar feel reassuring.
  11. I do wish TGWTG viewers would support the original content (i.e. The Proxy) on the site more. There is more to the site than reviews.
  12. It was probably just a glitch, but why is that on their system!? New Moon came out two years ago! And just how did it get here!?
  13. Then the FACT warning appeared again and a second BBFC card appear for 'New Moon'. Agh, Twilight!? Despite this, film played normally.
  14. The performance had one of the most bizarre tech errors I've seen. BBFC card and FACT warning for Moonrise Kingdom appear as normal. (1/2)
  15. @1moreSlonno If you don't like Anderson, it won't change your mind.
  16. Trailers: Rock of Ages, Red Tails, Prometheus
  17. It also kind wastes the considerable talents of the adult cast, outside of Norton and Willis. I felt at a distance from it, really.
  18. Moonrise Kingdom: Sweet, awkwardly whimsical movie in Anderson's usual style; not his best. Willis is good. Kids are uncomfortable at bits.
  19. Off to see Wes Anderson's Moonrise Kingdom, with Bruce Willis, Bill Murray, Ed Norton and Tilda Swinton. Will report back later.
