  1. If anything goes, then the "primal" label is meaningless. Taking off your shoes does not make your movement instantly primal.
  2. "Primal workout"? To me a totally vague concept that has already become another fitness ragbag.

  4. Find what inspires you & do that, experience it, live it. Being inspired is half way to becoming inspiring. The world needs inspiration!

  6. People need supplemental trainings when they stick to specialized workouts only. They need what is missing in their specific practice.
  7. What is "conditioning"? To the runner it is "strength conditioning". To the weightlifter it is "cardio". Conditioning can be anything.
  8. MovNat is not a primitive approach. It is a well-thought approach of the primitive. That makes a HUGE difference.
  9. We all have different notions of what's "natural" but the laws of nature are the same for all & they do not care of what you think they are.
  10. Does it matter that you gain muscle if your body is not smarter? Does it matter that you loose pounds if your mind is no lighter?
  11. Where people see a new fitness trend, I see beyond. What I offer is not a quick-fix, but an antidote. Not a new facade but a new foundation
  12. It is designed to be gradual so it feels comfortable and reassuring enough, so that instead of resisting it, you want it. Rampant slavery.
  13. Freedom to progressively let your body & mind softened, weakened & dumbed down is it freedom? Or it is a blend of ignorance & laziness?
