@ My FusionIO issues are linked to the software raid across the various ioDimm. The limiting factor is the CPU (Opteron 8384 @.7GHz)

@ I did order the RAID5 option for the LSI Logic 2008 SAS2 Controller, so I will test it against the LSI 9260-8i SAS2 (RoC)

@ I was surprised by the results. The LSI Logic 2008 SAS2 controller can do Raid 1, but it's not the LSI Logic 2108 Raid-on-Chip.
