  18. @Knitronomicon - well i live somewhere with NO lights at all. and they were conspicuous by their abscence. will look again tonight. humph.
  19. @CaroleLake - radiators that are filled with heat retaining bricks, heat up during the night &release heat during day. Can't turn them up.
  20. it's COLD. I hate storage heaters. They are always a day behind the weather.
