  4. Raw experiment done after 3.5 days. Trained OK, mentally felt fine but missed a few of my fav food items. Back to 'low processed'
  5. Working the juicer - carrot/apple with three egg whites / 6500 LCM this morning for #swimgame, 4 day total is 23K meters

  8. Few folks asked, Why raw? Just curious and pre-Noosa travel left me feeling flat. Re:egg whites, they are only cooked if you cook 'em...
