  1. Even worse are those who starts a forum and leaves it to other customers to offer vague answers.
  2. I have a lot of complaints against Tech/Web-based companies nowadays. Good support/Customer service impressively... inexistent.
  3. If a non-technical peep has to waste so much time tweaking it to fix the problems it only says one thing. Your product is not user-friendly.
