  2. Losing Ward's defense will hurt the Longhorns but the reality is someone was going to have minutes cut when Jai Lucas was eligible. in Dec.
  3. If Veraz Ward is gone for a significant amount of time (weeks, months or years) the Longhorns can afford it since they are incredibly deep.
