  2. Hope you have enjoyed our coverage of the competition and maybe have inspired some of you to invent.
  3. We look forward to seeing how Tanya and James get on during this year perhaps we will see their products in the shops in the future.
  4. As an EnergyLab winner from this morning's competition Tanya has won a prize of £10,000 to help them put their idea into production.
  5. James has won a cash prize of £5,000 an get 10 days' worth of fast track consultancy from LiFE - IC, to help his project grow.
  6. Just found out that the winner of the LIFE IC award is James with his eggxactly.
  7. The judges are discussing we will know the winner soon.
  8. There are two versions - one that cooks a single egg and a multiple egg cooker that cooks 4 at one time.
  9. The final contestant of the day is James Seddon with his Eggxactly water free egg cooker. It is a convenient lifestyle product.
  10. Tony's invention is the oneswitch which will save standby energy. The judges delibrated and asked Tony some questions.
  11. Andrew presented his kettle he explained that his designed could be applied to a number of types of kettles. Tony Mooney is next up.
  12. Next up is Andrew Blee with his Energy Saving kettle.
  13. Harry has finished his presentation the judges questioned what energy the Orb would use itself. Harry countered questions well.
  14. The orb is a domestic energy monitor. Andrew Blee is to follow Harry.
  15. The contestants and judges are getting ready for the LIFE IC award. The first contestant up is Mr. Harry Ward with his Orb.
  16. Sorry for the delay. Tanya Ewing has won the Energy Lab competition. She is obviously delighted.
  17. Tanya is the final contestant for the EnergyLab award. Winner will be announced shortly.
  18. Whether it could be used to measure realtime the use of oil for example as well electricity, water and gas. The judges are now discussing.
  19. Tanya's invention is called the Ewgeco - which is an energy monitoring device. The judges asked questions regarding further developments.
  20. Tanya has just completed her presentation which included a powerpoint presentation and a non working prototype of display unit.
