  13. In WI, State v. Post states that swerving within ones lane is not enough to pull a person over...there must be more.
  14. In most, if not all states, the legal limit is below 0.08%; however, for some, like commercial driver, etc. it may in some places be 0.04.

  18. After being arrested for DUI in WI, if u refuse formal blood or breath testing (intoxometer), u will b convicted of Refusal = not good!
  19. If u refuse testing on the scene, they can arrest u. However, you may, in WI, refuse to take the PBT breath test on the scene without penalt
  20. If u r arrested for DUI in WI, once u submit to a blood draw or the breath test at the station, u need to demand they test u again.
