  1. During periods of pain and trauma, survival depends on maintaining a vision of what you want your life to be. Be patient. Dreams take time.
  2. The weaker a person's self esteem, the more likely they are to follow the advice of others to find meaning and purpose in their lives.
  3. Life changes involve some degree of risk.
  4. If you keep on procrastinating you will never accomplish your dreams in life. Establish a plan of action and DO IT!
