  1. Thanksgiving is not a holiday. It is central to the Christian character. It is borne by the Spirit in the heart of the regenerate believer
  2. This year marks 20 years for me at PRBC as well. A solid, grounded church is such a blessing.
  3. Celebrated my fellow elder's 35th anniversary ministering at PRBC tonight. A great time of blessing and rejoicing.
  4. @DougKAduBoahen Dude, you're a guy. Drop the pregnancy allusions. That's just wrong. You've been hitting the soy milk again, huh?
  5. @fakerguncaner Would love to see that debate happen, but, could we do it in the McDonald's playroom instead? More room for observers.
  6. Servetus the Evangelical nobody but a retired professional golfer, Kermit Zarley. http://bit.ly/BNoBD
  7. RT @henrywm: I would LOVE to see @DrOakley1689 debate Hitchens. <--- I would do so gladly.
  8. I have to spend four hours in a car today driving with a New Yorker in NY traffic. Where is my Advil?
  9. Settled in my hotel....less than 24 hours till "Jesus in the Bible and the Qur'an" with Syed Sayeed. Pray for a clear witness.
  10. At the airport, headed to NY. Lord willing, I won't be sitting near an H1N1 carrier. :-) Bathed in anti-bacterial anti-viral stuff.
  11. @Phil_Johnson_ Really sorry to hear it, Phil. The doctor has confirmed it is H1N1? The Lord grant you relief.
  12. @kai5263499 : @DrOakley1689 You don't get it do you? <--- I will let the audience decide. I'm finished with our interaction. :-)
  13. RT @Phil_Johnson_: Sweet but sad story: http://bit.ly/49ixNh (HT: BB)
  14. @kai5263499 : I asked you repeatedly to substantiate your charges. You could not. I think the listeners can judge, don't you? :-)
  15. @w84harpazo I've explained it as clearly as I can. I'm sorry the point is not getting through. :-)
  16. @w84harpazo I cannot help false perceptions that come from correcting traditions that have no solid basis in the original text.
  17. @w84harpazo The "whosoever" is of a specific group (the ones believing), not "Whoever jolly well feels like it." Arminians abuse the text.
  18. @w84harpazo It is not a matter of "changing" anything, it is a matter of recognizing the text is not denying election.
  19. @w84harpazo All Greek texts say the same thing. It is not a matter of text, but of meaning.
  20. @w84harpazo Greek translation? Simple point: it is "all" of a group, "the believing ones" and there is no ambiguity in the text.
