Best way to get in shape is to 1st figure out what you want to accomplish (lose weight overall, lose weight in 1 area, tighten up, etc)

A handful of nuts can be a healthy snack if raw and unsalted, but nuts cooked in vegetable oil and loaded with salt isn't healthy at all!

@ BPA free plastic bottles are supposed to be safe. I still prefer stainless steel or glass though cause I don't trust plastic.
