  2. Another chilly ride in. On the plus side, one month from today, I will be headed toward the Caribbean...

  4. Rode bike to work. Its cold. Seven degrees F. Parts of me are still frozen.
  5. Reduced following list by nearly fifty. That should make reading easier. Guess I gamed myself into have more followers than followees. Yay?
  6. I think I'm going to take a vacation from twitter. Or possibly reduce my following list to a bare minimum. Not enough time in the day.
  7. I should learn Dutch. I already know English and German, and that's at least 80% of the language right there.
  8. Wow, this is a first. The Met broadcasts begin next week, and yet, for one of the weeks (Mar. 6), THE FRICKIN' OPERA HASN'T BEEN ANNOUNCED.

  13. Group D looks tough (Germany, Australia, Serbia, Ghana). F looks light (Italy, Paraguay, NZ, Slovakia). The rest look well-balanced.
  14. And North Korea will be lucky to score so much as a goal, let alone get a point, against Brazil, Ivory Coast, and Portugal.
  15. I like USA's World Cup draw: England, Algeria, Slovenia. We could win the group if we avoid a loss against England. Spirit of 1950!
  16. Today was meeting hell. Five hours in, or preparing for meetings.
  17. I'm sad to hear that Eric Woolfson has passed away. When I was a teenager, the Alan Parsons Project was my favorite music group
