  7. Guaranteed health insurance for all is a key component of healthcare reform, but it needs to be enforceable w/reasonable min standards

  10. Some interesting health care proposals issued by the Senate Finance Committee last week. We all need to be prepared for changes to come
  11. @EatonCompliance It still is difficult to find info on the actual costs of rx's and doctor visits, but has improved since HSA's came out

  15. @jaymefanucci Good question. Employers can actually out out by going online at the MN Dept Of Commerce website - look-out small employers

  17. Diving into this new Minnesota employer law some more, it looks like employers can opt out of adopting a Section 125 plan if they want to
  18. Another new law for MN employers w/more than 10 FT EE's who do not provide health insurance need to establish a Section 125 plan by 7/09
  19. Heads up MN employers, new law requires you to provide each EE with an annual statement showing total pre-tax health insurance premiums paid
