  1. Only 100 Jeroboams made. The pre-sell was way more, not every account that ordered will get them. Need more bottles for next time.
  2. Putting the finishing touches on our limited release 3 liter bottles. These cork finished Jeroboams are filled with a new beer.
  3. For you foodies, I the first draft of the menu for our Dec 10th dinner at Otom, the sister restaurant to Moto. Wow.
  4. We are getting ready to head to the Two Brothers beer dinner at Hop Leaf tonight. Had to bring some special beers for this one.
  5. The first batch of Northwind Stout is being bottled today. The whole brewery smells like coffee and chocolate. Wonderful.
  6. We just finished packaging Heavier Handed IPA. In celebration I think I will tap a keg here at the Tap House tonight.

  8. Saw first label designs for our limited holiday release. We are bottling just 1 oak cask that has been aging for 18 months.
  9. Bottles come in today for our next Artisan beer. Heavier Handed IPA. It has been in a Foudre for a month. HOPPY.
  10. Northwind Imperial Stout brewing today, the smell is making me hungry. Lots of caramel and chocalate. My office smells like a candy bar.
  11. Happy Birthday Two Brothers!!! That's right, 13 years today. I need a beer.
  12. Hey, good news! Our new label got approved today by the feds. The artwork is aleady at the printer.
  13. The Foudres are set into position & we had trouble fitting everyone on the weekend tours through the brewhouse. Already out of space

  15. We are just waiting for label approval from the Feds and we can release our next Artisan Bottling aged in a Foudre.
  16. 75 beautiful pounds of hops just got added to our next artisan beer in one of the oak Foudres. Smells like heaven!
  17. I just got back from a great trip to Arizona. Spent the weekend drinking Firestone Walker IPA. What a great beer.
  18. We continue the swelling process of the foudres. Should all be done and ready to fill by the end of next week.
  19. @ulijoe The Park Grill event was so busy that we ran out of beer about 3:30. Sorry.
  20. Coffee crusted tenderloin with Red Eye Coffee Porter is definitely incentive to get my work done before tonight's dinner at David Burke's.
