  18. @IceySmurfette I hope you aren' t holding your breath while awaiting that victory. Residency is like EVERY OTHER "condition of employment."
  19. @IceySmurfette As a matter of FEDERAL labor law, residency is "on the table" during ANY contract negotiation/arbitration. Charter Trumped!
