  1. this morning I broke my reebok adjustable weights. I was only glad it was doing a bicep curl and not an overhead tricep extension!
  2. @tocoachcory hadn't heard of insanity so thanks. Carrying on with P90X since I started it already, maybe change after the new year
  3. @davebaldwin yep the weight days on #p90x do go fast huh? I just don't like their cardio though, I just do treadmill intervals instead
  4. Interval training done, and yoga done. Now to get a start on the day. First up: emails!
  5. @tocoachcory re: P90X - I like the muscle building DVDs but not the cardio days. I prefer to do intervals on the treadmill with my ipod on
  6. started phase 2 of P90X, shoulders chest and Tri-ceps today. Feeling good
  7. had a day off from exercise yesterday, today did interval training and yoga. Then headed out to the thrift store as it's 50% off day!
  8. interval training this morning, postponed yoga till tomorrow as I will be doing lots of gardening later today
  9. interval training & yoga today... feeling good. Wish my knee would hurry at get back to 100%. It's not bad just a problem doing childs pose
  10. topsy turvey kinda day. Looking forward to a couple of beers tonight! Really need to eat clean next week though!
  11. P90X done for the day! My knee is recovering nicely. Also for some reason I am insanely hungry today!!!
  12. @RealDMitchell there are too many! With twitter and facebook and numerous messaging systems is it any wonder nothing gets done anymore?
  13. Listed some craft items on ebay! Yay! Now lets see if they sell! lol!
  14. two more boxes of craft supplies up for grab on Freecycle! Waiting for the tons of emails that always come piling in when I offer these! lol
  15. Interval training done, no yoga today :( Media Player system is having a meltdown, darn technology!
  16. warm up for 1 mile & P90X (shoulders/arms & ab ripper) = 396 cals burned. Felt like a lot more!
  17. good day today! Got lots done including card sketches for October, paperwork, laundry, dishes and some submissions! Think I deserve a break!
  18. 45 mins of interval training, plus 45 mins of yoga = 514 cals burned :) Loving my Heart Rate monitor
  19. I just got my certificates in the mail! Now a certified aerobics/step instructor and personal trainer! Yay!
  20. Just done interval training on treadmill followed by yoga. I got further in some asanas today. I am happy! Oh and my knee feels better too!
