  1. Much preferred the IntervalX workout to the PlyoX, gonna be switching those out in future for sure!
  2. Did Interval-X+ today #P90X, burned 440 cals but had a phone convo in the middle so no idea on 'real' cal burn for that. Felt good though!
  3. Did Kenpo X today from #P90X burned 338 cals. Loving the Kenpo, got the Kenpo X+ to try out soon too! #fitness #exercise #weightloss
  4. @isles1011 thanks! I have weak wrists so it has taken a while, but to FINALLY find the tipping point and hold it was great, though brief lol
  5. Just done 90 mins of yoga (P90X) burned 230 cals. Actually held Crane position for a second! Also did plough with feet touching floor! YAY!
  6. #P90X week 9: shoulders & arms, and then ab ripper, burned 270 cals. I had aching upper body today, and dodgy knee but still I did it!

  11. Just did Kenpo X workout. So I discovered today I can bend over at the waist (wide legs) and put my elbows on the floor! Progress! YAY!
  12. not worked out yet today, I think right now I am going to get up and go do Kenpo! I feel a bit sore from yesterdays ride though. We'll see
  13. No P90X today, no yoga, instead we went dirtbiking! Man I LOVE that Rowher flats reopened! So close for us for a great mornings ride!

  15. I did P90X core synergistics this morning. Burned 270 cals. I was gonna add a cardio X but going dirtbiking tomorrow, don't wanna push it!
  16. First time doing a double workout since flu! Kenpo then Yoga. Feel great! 500 cals burned!
  17. Bought new bra's today. Amazing the difference a good fitting bra makes! I am happy :)
  18. done kenpo X today. I am really liking this workout now, and wondering if I should take up some kind of martial art?
  19. FIL is now out of hospital :)
  20. just done 90 mins of yoga. I feel so freakin relaxed right now. And also taller. I always feel taller after yoga.
