  1. First time doing a double workout since flu! Kenpo then Yoga. Feel great! 500 cals burned!
  2. Bought new bra's today. Amazing the difference a good fitting bra makes! I am happy :)
  3. done kenpo X today. I am really liking this workout now, and wondering if I should take up some kind of martial art?
  4. FIL is now out of hospital :)
  5. just done 90 mins of yoga. I feel so freakin relaxed right now. And also taller. I always feel taller after yoga.
  6. I did back/biceps/abs today. Coughing up a storm still. Flu sucks, did I mention that already?
  7. worked out for the first time in almost 2 weeks. Plyometrics. Had to stop twice for coughing fit. Damnit I want to be well again!

  9. @Muckyfingers yep it's pretty bad bout of flu this time round for sure. Hit me like a freakin truck. Over the worst I hope...

  12. just had a fab workout, abs/legs/back. Knees really feeling good no sign of any weakness from previous injury! Love it when that happens!
  13. good day so far, got some website work done, and card sketches for November. Now to work on a creative article for Scrapbooking.com
  14. 3 mile run done, then yoga. Feeling rather loose and limber today :) Now unfortunately the delicious leftover curry in the fridge is calling
  15. ab workout plus back/bi-ceps. Just eaten a carb/protein rich meal, now to get some work done this afternoon!
  16. thinking of doing yoga today. Trying to get some work finished up so I can grab a 90 min yoga session, wish me luck!
  17. exercise time! Just done 1 mile run on the treadmill followed by abs, then legs/back. Whew time to hit the shower!
  18. it's topsy turvy thursday again! Doing 'work' in the morning, and working out in the afternoon. Didn't sleep well last night, feeling groggy
  19. I have a job interview on Friday! EEEEEEK!
  20. interval training and yoga this morning :) Really want it to stop raining though, I miss sunshine!
