  14. Trying to be aware of the breath without affecting it, is not that easy. The cross over seems very subtle.
  15. Today I fell free like a bird flying in the sky and at the same time constrained by sky. I suppose you had to be there!
  16. When im practicing yoga my life is better than when im stop practicing for a while. So I guess thats proof that yoga works.
  17. If you knew what protected your spine from the axis/atlas you would definatly take more care of your head movements. Just a ligament!
