  1. So 1st day of the last month done. Waiting on a final meeting and then get to unwind.
  2. @namedotcom The first issue was renewal fees not being disclosed, and then higher than advertised 'per year' fees.
  3. Do any domain registrars follow trading standards, or is the trick of the trade... to trick to trade?

  5. Getting the brush off from @123reg. Poor support and service on this one. Raised urgent support ticket last week - still no response. #fail
  6. @123reg How do you accept renewal payment then ask for it again plus a "quarantine fee"? I used to think the service was ok #fail
  7. 123-reg have said .eu domain name is in 40 day quarantine after renewal. £30+VAT to go live immediately. Are they serious?
