  1. I'm still lying in bed because I know that when I get up I'll be confronted by that piece of arse that is MS Word...
  2. @CharlotteGore Hahaha. As usual, you talk sense. I'm gonna stick Teachers on. I fucking love that show. :)
  3. @CharlotteGore I agree. But there's three other reasons I can't sleep at the moment, so I was trying to be productive! Ha!
  4. Count to ten and all that.
  5. *deep breaths*
  6. Chalk one more up for Microsoft. Mooney's taking one hell of a fucking beating this evening.
  7. My book now, apparently, goes as follows: Page 15, Page 16, Page 32, Page 33, Page 34.
  8. The pages have just gone missing completely.
  9. I've just lost half that text that it's decided it won't move. HAHAHA.
  10. @CharlotteGore It's my first time. :'(
  11. @RichardTheBurns Thanks. :) (Check your DMs)
  12. @CharlotteGore Kinda like creating a webpage that works in all browsers. Not one where users get a distorted view for using Safari.
  13. @CharlotteGore I mean, I want to create a product where I have optimised it for Kindle/ebook reader AND have an optimised print version.
  14. I'd go to bed and try again in the morning, but I know that (a) I'll not be able to sleep until this is solved and (b) it's too FUCKING HOT.
  15. I mean... I'm currently thinking it might actually be FUCKING easier to start again. With a 179,000 word document.
  16. If my monitor is still in tact after this evening, I'll be very surprised.
  17. @CharlotteGore I'm trying to convert a text document with no objects/tables for Kindle. Replacing my chapter titles with headings for a ToC.
  18. Put the title in. Text drops to the next page and won't move back. Delete title. Text won't move back. Undo all. Text back. Repeat.
  19. I simply want to put in a title. That's it. AND IT'S TAKEN ME THIRTY SWEAR-RIDDEN MINUTES.
  20. It's not like I'm trying to do anything difficult like ADD PICTURES.
