@ No, it's an 'artwork'. Basically a cloud of mist flows around the building every 10 minutes or so.

Happy to be home.Last day in Bilbao spent wandering in the park,+ at the Guggenheim again. Fab lunch at Martin Berasategui Restaurant there.
