  1. @smofbabe Yep, but we don't fill the tub 'til the hurricane's knocking at our door.
  2. @smofbabe Outstanding! Keep up the good work!
  3. Got jugs of water because that's what Floridians do when someone says "hurricane". It could be in Sri Lanka and we'd still get water.
  4. @Good_Dog_Denka That's the only problem with doxie tweets. They're so predictable.
  5. @smofbabe I remember Gator football in the 70's. I'll take a lackluster victory over no victory at all.
  6. RT: @SteveLeveen T-shirt spotted in Delray Beach, Florida: "I am my dog's personal trainer."
  7. Today's schedule: exercising and editing, though not at the same time.
  8. #reading--Jellicoe Road--Australia YA novel. Intriguing young characters, beautiful writing.
  9. Watching my Gators.
  10. I haven't looked at this manuscript in a while and I'm still liking it. Either 1. it's a good book or 2. I'm delusional. I'm going with #1.
  11. Walked 4.3 miles (6.9 km) in <45 minutes. Not a personal best, but better than I've done in a while.
  12. #FF: @FakeAPStylebook; @SmartBitches; @angelajames; @jane_l; @VictoriaDahl; @gailcarriger; @CourtneyMilan; @RRRJessica
  13. RT @FakeAPStylebook: When covering a flood always include a photo of a dog stranded on a roof. Throw your own dog up there if needed.
  14. @MelissaFrancis Our 12 yr old dachshund finds acupuncture and Deramax meds helpful for her arthritis and IVDD (neck/spine issues).
  15. @JessicaScott09 Thanks, Jessica for all of your updates and your thoughts on this tragedy.
  16. @SmartBitches Glad to say I've done my part in the SBTB time wasting effort. Mazel tov!
  17. Galleys for The Bride and the Buccaneer are here! Stand back, I have a red pen and I'm not afraid to use it!
  18. @SmartBitches Eh. I didn't find the blog particularly insightful. She's right about cut vs. uncut. I remind myself about that while writing.
  19. #reading--Bed of Roses by Nora Roberts. It entertains, but it doesn't fascinate.
  20. It's Errands Day! Quick, Robin, to the convertible! (There will be blogging later at the HEA Cafe--stay tuned.)
