  18. Starting my workout. Phase 9 underway. Dynamic Warm-up, shoulder mobility and upper t-spine Mobility, followed by resistance phase
  19. One hour to Dynamic Bootcamp and I am already excited! TRX, Valslides and kettlebells oh my!
  20. Dinner and Breakfast: Chicken al fresco, Chef cut Tomatoes, Stir fry vegetables, basil, salt pepper. Created a chili type dish.
