  3. 39 minutes - down around Washington Monument and back. Left hamstring tight. Left knee bothering me during second half of run. Ughhh

  5. Ran 42 minutes down to the Capitol and back. Left hamstring is still really tight.
  6. 35 minutes this morning in downtown DC. Left hamstring was really, really tight.
  7. 56 minutes with one of the Generals XC captains at 6:50 pace. Respectable.
  8. Ran 42 minutes on Capitol Crescent tonight. Timed a few miles: 6:55, 6:44, 6:45, 6:38. Left hamstring is pretty tight.
  9. @desjef75 The embassy is up Mass Ave. just a little past the Naval Observatory.
  10. 35 minutes. Ran up to the Iraqi Embassy and back.
  11. Last night: 33 minute run in downtown DC. Nothing exciting, just a run.
  12. 27 minutes. Ran into downtown DC and dodged tourists.
  13. 21 minute run and still feeling a little sick. Finally broke out a new pair of shoes that were sitting in the closet for the last 2 months.
  14. 35 minutes in downtown DC this morning. Pace was respectable.
  15. 35 minutes with some members of the boys XC team and one alum. To call the last mile brisk would be an understatement!
  16. Congrats to the Boys JV XC team: Nat'l District JV Meet Champs! Boys led by G. Yudken, D. Browning, T. Newton, W. Sheahan, & W. Horton.
  17. Congrats to the Girls JV Cross Country team for finishing second in the National District JV Meet. Individual champ: Annika MacEwen.
  18. Ran 31 minutes downtown. Everything a little tight.
  19. @desjef75 Nope. No one was interested. Can't say I blame them.
  20. Zorn looks surprisingly relaxed as he coaches his last NFL game.
