@ iView will not "manage" your users bandwidth. It only gives Identity-based reports for users consuming bandwidth uploads/downloads.

@ You can download Netfilter Linux firewall for free from -mix that with iView and your bandwidth issue is resolved

@ Not exactly the same effect but iView gives bandwidth use reports for school students. Download iView here
