  3. Working myself to the bone... there's just too much work! Time flies though! :-)
  4. #theresway2many successful SBIers http://elearning.sitesell.c...
  5. In any case, going for the "bare minimum" doesn't really inspire to do great things (no matter the subject!) in my book.
  6. However, it's what the customer thinks what the bare minimum should be that defines whether the service is "good". What do you think?
  7. Feedback on my service def http://tinyurl.com/yg483h3: what you have defined is hospitality. good service is simply meeting the bare minimum
  8. Received my first piece of Twitter spam. It was apparent, because @JamesKohn would never send SPAM. Sorry that happened to you mate!
  9. At the same time, many focus on the search engines, not the searcher. It's the online equivalent of looking at the door, not the customer.
  10. RT @Kevoy "Sites" or "blogs" are online equivalent of "place of business". Everyone focuses on building those, not on building THE BUSINESS.
  11. @Kevoy, you work too hard... Elad is @CoolestParties! Enjoy your stay in NY, and plan in some downtime.
  12. One of my son Wijnand's Star Wars drawings: Watto - http://bit.ly/Z9EkZ
  13. Look at this: Star Wars Portfolio Ralph McQuarrie (1983) - http://bit.ly/19bWST WOW!
  14. Delivering bad service is not unlike pricing too high: it makes customers leave. Why? Because FOR THEM the price of bad service IS too high!
  15. @JamesKohn Aww shucks... you're too kind. (also a good trait to have in customer service, btw)
  16. @marcliron Does Microsoft know that one of their MVPs is actually a Mac-user?!? In any case, I like Windows 7. Much better than Vista!
  17. New on CSP: Oct 22, An affordable way to start your own business http://bit.ly/ccDil
  18. Today I got Windows 7 too. SBI! 2.0 and Windows 7. Must be like an early X-mas!
  19. @Kevoy Thanks for SBI! 2.0 Ken. It's good that we can involve visitors in building and growing our online business. Worth the wait!
  20. @JamesKohn I think that's because the really good, want to get really better!
