  17. Tired but happy returning to interval workouts at the track. 8x800 avg 2:47s, heart, lungs, legs all got pushed.
  18. @crzydjm Yes...When running I imagine I'm barefoot and notice how my feet 'want' to land. It also makes me more aware of form/posture.
