Enjoyed an 18mi stamina run w team on the Boston course...avg'd 7:10 pace..too fast but it was fun to just go.

Tired but happy returning to interval workouts at the track. 8x800 avg 2:47s, heart, lungs, legs all got pushed.

@ Yes...When running I imagine I'm barefoot and notice how my feet 'want' to land. It also makes me more aware of form/posture.
