  1. @kerbehr If all else fails I think this is something that can be resolved by calling into our technical support department.
  2. @kerbehr Just an FYI, my Thanksgiving vacation starts @ 5PM today eastern time.
  3. @kerbehr If that light is on then more likely it's going to be a software/firewall/virus/malware issue.
  4. @kerbehr Still hard to say at this point. Check the modem next chance you get and see if the PC light is on.
  5. @kerbehr Do you have access to another computer you could try connecting to the cable modem?
  6. @kerbehr You might have a router if multiple PC's share the connection or if you have wireless setup.
  7. @kerbehr I understand that nobody changed anything but does the computer plug into the modem directly or is there a router being used?
  8. @kerbehr Do you have a router connected to the cable modem?
  9. @kerbehr From this end all appears well except that I don't see a computer connected to the cable modem.
  10. @kerbehr I could try that but if you have a cox.net email address or bill pay username that would also work.
  11. @kerbehr If you want to DM me the modem's MAC address I can take a look from this end for you.
  12. @lp_sk8grl If you need any help with your cable service let me know.
  13. @coreywaters What's going on with the digital cable?
  14. @kerbehr What kinds of problems have you been having with the Internet connection?
  15. @skula Are you still having Internet problems?
  16. @moepower If you're still having Internet problems I can help.
  17. @RaceJournal If you need any help with your Cox service let me know.
  18. @paulsutton If it's all boxes all the time I suspect the issue may be more signal related. Have you had a tech out for this issue yet?
  19. @FunkyCold I'm as official as they come with regards to Cox on Twitter. My specialty is Internet service but I'll try to help as best I can
  20. @Orenj That particular model is a DOCSIS 1.1 and cannot be used on headends upgraded to DOCSIS 3.0.
