  16. @SteveHintze Unfortunately when an account is closed the equipment remains associated with the account until it's turned in.
  17. @gunkdog If that doesn't work the contents might be lost unfortunately.
  18. @gunkdog I'm not sure about the DVR stuff but I do know that tech support has a way to send a reset to the box that doesn't erase anything.
  19. @jdgtrichick You could try disconnecting one cable outlet at a time and watch the results over time to see if there's any improvement.
  20. @jdgtrichick Strange that helped, make me wonder if a device in the home is back-feeding noise into your cable lines.
