  1. I just bought another minari. Can't wait to pick it up.
  2. RT @Nash076: It is why both Tesla and the Oatmeal are wonderful: theoatmeal.com/comics/tesla <- this is AWESOME!
  3. Awesome #bcf #BBQ yesterday. Motivated me to do some more work on the gsxr. Hopefully it'll be running by the end of today.
  4. Think going to stoneleigh may not have been a good thing for me. My workshop is going to be very full very soon.
  5. @computermuseum Bletchley park has no such project. The national museum of computing does however.
  6. Stoneleigh was brilliant despite the lack of my minari. Back at the hotel now and about to head out to find something to eat.
  7. Should not be up this early on a Saturday. Ah well, stoneleigh should be worth it.
  8. @jasongorman So I reciprocate your sentiment in that as far as I know nobody from SC has every said "Hi, can I come in for a chat?"
  9. @jasongorman Are you saying that the park came to you and asked you to organize a conference to raise money for them?
  10. @jasongorman From what I've seen when people raise money for charity the potential donor/organizer usually takes the initiative.
  11. @jasongorman it's hard. Which is why we offer guided tours on Sundays.
  12. @jasongorman especially if there is little or no benefit to the museum. We'd love to open the museum 7 days a week but with volunteers
  13. @jasongorman can be difficult.
  14. @jasongorman considering the relevance and everything. Tnmoc is run by volunteers and opening on days other then our stated opening days
  15. @jasongorman I'm not suggesting that Tnmoc should be the sole benefactor, just that perhaps a percentage of the profits should go there
  16. @jasongorman especially when there is one so close.
  17. @jasongorman just seems strange to me that an event centered around computing has money going to a non computing related organization
  18. @jasongorman surely some of the proceeds should be going to Tnmoc?
  19. Cut my arms up trying to remove the minaris oil filter. Did not succeed. Ale made it all better though.
