  2. Join us at the MN State Fair in the Eco Experience! Grab a caprese salad on a stick and learn about local food!
  3. Late night exhibit cramming- the college students in us come out. But it's okay- we saw Jupiter and Andromeda through a telescope.
  4. Dr. Henry Najat is a retired orthopedic surgeon who sells deliciously original rose honey - all proceeds go to charity.
