  1. We've just roasted a batch of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. Is this the best coffee we've ever tasted? We think so!
  2. Yay! A new sack of Kopi Luwak has just made it's grand entrance through the Coffee Compass doors...
  3. Added our brand new Coffee Club packs to the website and had a bit of a jiggle-around of categories.
  4. Oh dear! Managed to roast some Old Brown Java on the more "full roast" side, must put the roaster on again!
  5. Roasting Java Lingtong which is quite blue in appearance in it's unroasted form and it's quite moist taking a lot of energy to roast...
  6. Now drinking the Costa Rica Coopronaranjo Peaberry coffee we roasted earlier..mmmmm
