  1. @nrodovsky Two ways - you can log into MyAccount and change it there under Profile or give us a quick call to change it. 888-253-2794
  2. @alanszlosek I'll pass that to the web team and see if that's something we can fix.
  3. @kazsud They released them, I swear, 30 seconds after that last tweet. ;)
  4. @PortlandITGuy Yep! You'd have to give us a call, though, because we'd like to make sure it's all working while you're on the call.
  5. @PortlandITGuy It does and we do! You'd have to call us to get that portion set up, though. We have to add your device to the network.
  6. @jonesjc We actually had a bit of a WiMax issue the other day. It should be working now - how is your connection today?
  7. @jkwalla What do our techs say about your issue?
  8. @knucklesplitter There are ways to resolve that but the entirety of the troubleshooting has to be done. We're not unjust, merely dedicated.
  9. @a90snoah Oh wow, that must have been a sending error. That's really not supposed to happen. Have we gotten that resolved yet?
  10. @LawrenceEnt Nothing yet. You'll probably find out about the same time we get the word, really. I'd keep checking the website for updates.
  11. @mnsorensen Congrats to your DH! :)
  12. @mwbuzzword Yeah, but hey, we know it happens. :) If you like us, pass the word along and we'll be even.
  13. @mwbuzzword Technically, yes.
  14. @DickODonnell Hey, good to see you on Twitter! Still going strong, I see! (Keep it up!)
  15. @shelbygagnon We can fix unreliable service - 888-CLEARWIRE (888-253-2794).
  16. @jamesreb We're planning for everywhere, actually. We don't announce rollout dates until the upgrades are complete, though.
  17. @shanselman Sounds like everyone gave you an answer; Clear and Clearwire both cover different areas. Clear is the WiMax upgrade.
  18. @romansharma We do offer a trial period in which to test the signal where you need it. You should give us a shot. :)
  19. @broken_angel22 What's the trouble with it? Scrolling lights or another issue?
  20. @CalvinDay If you get a chance, give us a call. While we dislike homework as well, it's important. 888-253-2794 or 888-888-3113 (ClearWiMax)
