  1. WINTERSETT users will not be able to access a number of storage volumes detailed on the login bulletin.
  2. The student server WINDLEDEN will be taken down for maintenance on Wednesday 23rd at 0730 and will be back in service for 0830.
  3. LIGHTWOOD and SWINESHAW users will not be able to access FCP, SCHARR, SHARED2 until the work on LANGSETT is completed at 0830.
  4. The student server LANGSETT will be taken down for maintenance on Thursday 24 December at 0730 and will be back in service for 0830.
  5. The student server RAMSDEN will be taken down for maintenance on Tuesday 22 December at 0730 and will be back in service for 0830.
  6. The student server BARBROOK will be taken down for maintenance on Monday 21 December at 0730 and will be back in service for 0830.
  7. A problem with myChat has been rectified.
  8. uReports is now restored.
  9. uReports is being restarted to clear a fault.
  10. AMRC phone problems are now resolved
  11. There are problems with the phones at the AMRC. CiCS are investigating
  12. Firth court network has been successfully restored
  13. Upgrades to the telephone service have been completed successfully.

  17. We are currently experiencing problems with MUSE. Channels are stating they have timed out. CiCS is investigating the problem.
  18. The Find it @ Sheffield service will experience some downtme and slowness between 6am and 11am on Tue 15 Dec due to a system upgrade.
