The Xmas Advent Calendars - Oracle/Teletext would have an image a day, whereas Ceefax would build up a scene day by day.

E.g. Xmas wouldn't be Xmas without the John Lewis ad, music channels going all-Xmas, TV Xmas trailers and idents, Advent calendars on sale.
