  8. Interest rates moving up today
  9. This allowed lenders, appraisers and attorneys to catch up. Hopefull, rates will drop again for another round of refinancing.
  10. Refinancing slowed this week as rates moved up above 5%.

  19. I just locked a customer in at 4.875% on a 30 year fixed rate! Rates have fallen this afternoon.
  20. I am very encouraged about the Feds considering lowering interest rates below 5% for the purchase of a home.
