@ Very good, I can get a couple of days of hard usage no problems. I use 3G more than wifi though, so not sure what impact that has.

Erlang show stopper, XML parsing is garbage. Chokes on non-ASCii chars. Looks like Python might get an 11th hour call up for this app.
